She's a frisky girl, 5 months old that I picked up at an animal shelter on Dec 27, 2010. She's a sweetie, even though she uses her claws a little too much. My P12 challenges

So Since January, I have decided to do a P12 challenge for myself. You may have heard of the Project 365, well since I can't possibly take pictures everyday, I changed mine to a Project 12, making pages for every month. So far I have up to June for both monthly happenings and pictures of myself month by month. What do you think? neat idea? I love it cuz I will be able to look back on the album and remember what happened that month!

ADSR 5 Week Six Challenges

Hello everyone! Well it was the last week of ADSR 5 and the final two challenges. I had a blast this year! Thanks so much to everyone at ADSR 5 for running the show and thanks to my awesome partner Ronny who even when she was feeling sick, still kept up with the challenges and did an awesome job to boot. :)

For Challenge #11 we got a template to use, but we had to use the pieces from the template to make our own. And Challenge #12 we had to make up a card and envelope. So here's what I came up with.

ADSR 5 Week Five Challenges

For week five the two challenges we had to complete were #9 - Make a page based on a quote and for you and your partner to have opposite colours on a colour wheel. I went with Blue, Ronny went with Orange, as well as include some specific items like paint, stitching and others and #10 - Combine to make one page about what inspires us. So here's what I came up with!

Another week has gone by for the ADSR 5 and that means two more challenges completed. For this week, our challenge #7 had to have a Bucket List of 50 things you wanted to do before you died. I did half of mine as places I'd like to go and the other half as things I wanted to do. And than for challenge #8 we had to have a few items included on there like strings, buttons, stuff like that, but we also had to have the word Someday in there. So since I was all inspired after the bucket list challenge, I went with a someday I'd like to meet Ryan Reynolds! I love these pages!! And now on to get prepared for week five!

ADSR 5 Week Three Challenges

Hello everyone!
For week three of the challenges there was a page to make using a few items like patterned paper and string and something chocolate and the next challenge was a roadblock, meaning only one of us had to make it, so I tried my hand at it. That one had a ton of requirements (like use 4 buttons, 2 strings, pictures in top and bottom right corners, stuff like that but like 15 steps of them). But I think they turned out pretty good! here's what I came up with.

For our week two challenges me and Ronny had to make pages and ATC cards. Challenge 3 was a page that had a Photo with selective colouring on it as well as a date stamp and 20 words of journaling, and for Challenge 4, the ATC cards, we had to make one for the one we love and one about our partner making four cards in total. I think everything turned out really cute! here's what we came up with!

Hello everyone!
This year I am participating in the ADSR 5 challenge with my wonderful partner Ronny! We're working hard at the challenges all month! Here's what I did for the first week so far from the first two challenges.

Challenge One: Scrap about your partner, get to know them, and also scraplift one of their pages.

Challenge Two: Scrap with themes of 5's. Use 5 pictures, one of which must have the number 5 in it, have a title that involves the number 5 as well have 5 of the same kind of element. Whew! It was a tough one!

So there's my first week all done up, now onto week two!

Hello everyone! I got a wonderful email on Christmas day and thought I would share my good news with you! I have been accepted into the creative team for the website Elemental Scraps!! Woohoo! I'm super excited to be a part of the team. So for the next six months not only will you see my regular stuff with Kim Hill, Isabel Mendez and A Cherry On Top, but now Elemental Scraps is added into the mix! I honestly can say i was surprised they took me in as I'm not on the site in the forums all that often, so that makes me even more honored that they choose me! Well the month of December just snuck right up on me, but at least I managed to get some pages made! I've been a busy girl since I got back from my trip from Vegas a few weeks ago trying to get caught up on my scrapbooking pages. So here's what I've gotten to so far!

So to start off with Crisdam Designs has released a new kit called All About Me and it's great! Here's what I made using the kit. And you can grab it at her store at Gotta Pixel here.

Kim Hill also released a new kit called Holiday Giggles. It's adorable! here's what I made with it, and here's a link to her store at ACOT.

I also made up some pages for my team at RAKScraps with the designers Candace Duffy and Kiss This Designs.

So Halloween is right around the corner and the Fall season is already in full swing, so I thought I'd share some of my related scrapbook pages with you! Tis the season for ghouls and ghosts so of course I've scrapped for it!! There are pictures of me and friends from Halloween last year as well as some great pictures that remind me of Fall.

ACOT's CT Crop and Kim Hill's new kit!

Hey everyone! Over at ACOT the CT got to experience some fun and games with a crop specially for us! The general public got to hold some challenges and games for us on the 18th and 19th and it was great fun! I managed to get 6 of the challenges completed (woohoo for me!). Thanks to everyone who helped us have a great CT crop! It was great fun! Here's what I got finished up.

This challenge was from Leslie and what we had to do was use any shape other than a square/rectangle for everything ont he page! This was a challenge for sure and lots of fun to figure out what to use.

This challenge was from Sus and we had to choose a number (mine was 7) and we had to go tot he 7th page of the gallery, pick a page we wanted to "scraplift" than went to page 7 of our own photos and pic photo #7 from there. But antoher added challenge to that was we couldn't directly scraplift the page, just pull inspiration from it. This is what I came up with!

This challenge was from Carrie and we had to use only cardstock papers, no patterned papers, and any elements we wanted. This was a challenge too cuz I do tend to use at least one patterned paper on a page. I think it turned out pretty good!!

This challenge came from Kara and we had to use 7 different things on this one! 2 circles, 3 squares, 4 buttons, 5 pictures, 6 stars and 7 papers. Whew! This was a challenge, but I love how the page turned out!!

This challenge is by Jeanne and we had to do two things, we had to use one of her kits on the page (I used two!) and we had to scraplift one of her pages (I chose Pirates Always get the gold) and use those together on a page. This page turned put very spunky and fun! Thanks Jeanne!

My last challenge was from Jessa (JustJessa) and for her's we had a use a template that she made (which is awesome!!) and use the word pumpkin somewhere on the page. So I flipped the template, put in a halloween pic of me and friends and this page came out great! I love it! Thank you Jessa for the fabulous template!!

So as you can all see, I was very busy over the last few days, and got lots done! But wait! There's more! A new kit came out from Kim Hill today called Castle Dreams. It's beautiful! It has soft colors, perfect for girls, and you can grab it for 30% off now at her store here. So take a peek. Here's the kit and a page I made using it.

Hey guys! I've of course been working on some scrapbook pages and the most recent ones are for a couple of reveals over at acherryontop.com and pages for the sponsor team over at RAKScraps.com.
The first page was to show how to use 5 or more photos on a page. I used some pictures from a friends wedding and some awesome kits by SAS Designs. The second page is using the new kit A Thankful Heart by Kreations by Kami. It's an adorable kit and just in time for your fall and Thanksgiving pages. You can grab all these kits over at ACOT!
